Anantara Iko Mauritius has recently announced its partnership with OKKAMI to provide its guests with an enhanced and seamless guest experience. Starting May 2023, guests will be able to access the Avani app through GHA integration using their existing login credentials, making it easy for them to book their stay directly through the app without the need to create a new account.
The PMS integration with Opera will allow guests to enjoy the flexibility of pre-checking directly through the app, while the staff can easily access the guests’ details, including their past orders and purchases. OKKAMI’s live chat integration feature will enable guests to use their favorite social media chat channels, such as WhatsApp or Facebook, or even the SMS option to communicate with the hotel. Through the live chat feature, guests can view the hotel’s services and book them directly. The hotel staff can monitor and manage guests’ requests under a single dashboard in OKKAMI system.
Moreover, hotels can create attractive posts and contents using OKKAMI’s promotion and notification tool and send them to their targeted guests based on their stay history. Lastly, with the Review Pro feature, guests can provide feedback on their stay and service received at the resort, which can help staff understand their guests better and enhance the guest experience.
