The hotel has streamlined the pre-arrival guest journey by implementing contactless pre-check-in and registration, which allows guests to provide their details and book additional services and activities before arriving. Guests can check-in 48 hours before arrival. The hotel staff also have access to a ticketing system that allows them to efficiently assign tasks and track requests within their respective departments. Through the Onyx app, guests can communicate directly with staff members, share images, and view all the hotel’s services, including in-room dining. Guests can also scan QR codes to quickly access the in-room dining menu and place orders.
Additionally, the Onyx Reward program offers guests the convenience and flexibility to manage their stay from their own devices.
