Amari Kula Lumpur selects OKKAMI to take advantage of the newest Opera Cloud integration. With the Opera Cloud integration the hotel can easily view and manage all of the App guest bookings along with guests check-in and check-out details directly in the PMS. Once the guests have checked in, the system will automatically pair them to their room and generate a unique pairing code so they can share it with their accompanying guests to connect to the room and enjoy all of the benefits and services available in the Onyx Reward App. Finally, all orders and requests by the guests are stored in their history and completed requests are also posted back into the PMS.
