Anantara Bazaruto Island Resort partnered with OKKAMI on 3rd October 2022 for its robust suite of mobile capabilities and integrations with the hotel’s existing PMS and Operational software. In particular, via the integration with MessageBox, staff members can manage all of the incoming guest requests and messages from the App in one location. Staff members can easily escalate and assign specific issues to different departments, including internal comments and images, allowing them to provide  a quick response to their guests when the issue is resolved. During their stay, guests can place room service requests, view all the hotel amenities, and communicate with the hotel staff with one simple click.
