Digital menus can be easily modified in real-time by adding, updating, or removing products/services and can be tailored to the guest’s specific needs. Being able to provide a seamless and contactless ordering experience to the guests with the click of a button, the services become more accessible making it more likely that the guests will place the order. Guests can also book activities, schedule touchless deliveries, communicate with the hotel team members, and further elevate the entire guest experience throughout their stay.
