Avani Chaweng Samui Hotel has partnered with OKKAMI on 9th November 2022, to enhance their guest experience brand-wide using the Avani App. Members of Minor’s loyalty program (Discovery) are able to take advantage of the easy log in to the Avani app by using their existing Discovery credentials. OKKAMI has also helped the hotel staff to streamline their operational procedure by using the unified live chat to manage the incoming guests communication, digitize their food & beverage menu using QR codes and manage all of the guest’s incoming requests. Finally, with the pre check-in and check-out features, the guests can have a contactless interaction with the hotel staff. The staff can also send special promotions to their guests throughout their stay within the Avani app itself.
