Thanks to this integration, the guests no longer need to use the traditional way of contacting the hotel staff to place their requests; using the Avani app the guests can directly place their requests and even chat with staff all under one platform. The guests also receive real-time notification status and a confirmation message from the hotel staff once the request has been completed.
