Chatrium Grand Bangkok recently joined the Chatrium Connect App to provide their guests with a seamless pre check-in experience and in-room access via mobile key. Using the Chatrium Connect App, guests will be able to check-in prior to their arrival and verify their profile. Once the verification is completed, the guest will receive their mobile key directly in the App. With mobile check-in, the hotel can also gather additional guests information and allow the guests to bypass the front desk and access their rooms directly. Throughout their stay, guests can order in room dining, request services, access hotel amenities and connect with the staff with the In-App guest messaging feature or by using their preferred social media channels.
