All orders and requests by the guests are stored in their history and completed requests are also posted back into the PMS. In addition, the property benefits from being listed in the Onyx Rewards app and is able to share guest details with sister properties within the brand. Inside the app, as guests explore the property, they also have the opportunity to make a direct booking.
