OKKAMI developed a single property app for Pimalai Resort & Spa to enhance guests’ journey by allowing the hotel to offer various touchless experiences. The hotel’s touchless experience begins prior to guests’ arrival, where guests can get in touch with the hotel and request a pre check-in. While staying at the hotel, food, beverage, and activities can be ordered or booked through the Pimalai hotel app. And finally, prior to leaving the hotel, OKKAMI also integrated ReviewPro to support post stay survey links and allow guests to leave a review.
