The Standard Hotels is the first brand in our portfolio to have their own dedicated staff app on iOS and Android systems. Staff members can reply and interact with guests directly from the app. OKKAMI has also developed a web-based engagement solution whereby the hotel’s official chat channels are consolidated into a single dashboard to reply to guests. In regards to back-of-house operations, we also implemented a digital staff ticketing system for team members to open, assign, monitor, track, and escalate tickets to one another.
