OZO Chaweng Koh Samui went live with OKKAMI on 20th March 2022. To complete the first set of properties to onboard into the new Onyx Rewards app, OZO Koh Samui was also listed in the app this month. By joining its sister properties, all properties can now share details and customer profiles with each other when guests move from one brand to another within Onyx Hospitality. Guests can also book directly from the app and begin making pre-arrival reservations and bookings prior to their stay. Before checking out, guests are able to view their folio from the app as well.
