OKKAMI developed a single property app for Pimalai Resort & Spa to help the property in enhancing the guest’s journey and offering various contactless experiences. With an abundance of activities on the resort property, the need was apparent to offer a mobile application for guests to book amenities, order room service in addition to offering guests mobile pre-check-in prior to their arrival.

Lastly, OKKAMI integrated with ReviewPro to help the property listen and act via their automated post stay surveys available in the app.
