The Oaga Art Resort is excited to announce its partnership with OKKAMI to launch a custom-made mobile application, designed to make the communication between guests and hotel staff even more convenient and seamless. The app, which can be easily accessed via a smartphone, allows guests to book and utilize the resort’s amenities with ease, making their stay as enjoyable as possible.
The app has a pre-check-in option that allows guests to submit their verified documents through the app prior to their arrival, which reduces the waiting time at the front desk. This feature allows guests to fill out and upload all the necessary documents remotely. These details would be saved in a digital format that reflects the hotel’s physical registration card. Thus, allowing the receptionists to print it out and quickly check the guests in on the PMS to help reduce the waiting times at the front desk.
In addition to the pre-check-in feature, the app also includes an integration with HubOS. This integration helps with staff operations by routing requests made by guests on the app to the HubOS system. This enables hotel staff members to continue to use the HubOS workflow solution, while providing a seamless experience for guests within the app. This integration allows staff to efficiently manage guest requests, making their operations more efficient and guest experience smooth.
