Avani + Koh Lanta Leverages Discovery Loyalty Program to Enhance Guests Services by OKKAMI

Members of Minor’s loyalty program (Discovery) are able to take advantage of the easy log in to the Avani app by using their existing Discovery credentials. OKKAMI also helped the hotel staff to streamline their operational procedure by using the unified live chat to manage the incoming guests communication, digitize their food & beverage menu using QR codes and manage all the guest’s incoming requests. Additionally, OKKAMI developed an integration with SiteCore which automatically pulls updates from the hotel’s offers/promotions page on their website, directly  into the app.
